The France-China Young Entrepreneurs Club is an Association law 1901 piloted by a Board of directors of nine members elected, all from the journey of 100 Young Entrepreneurs' delegation in July, 2006.

The 2007-2008 office is made up as follows :

The head office of the association is established in the premises of Sébastien Ledoux's company, 14 rue des Fédérés in Montreuil.
